LEGO® CITY#60069 - SWAMP POLICE STATION

Not a planned purchase, however finding it on special meant it had to be added to the collection, and a great set it turned out to be! 707 pieces, 6 mini-figs and a dog.

An enjoyable build with some nice detail - we will definitely be modifying the build so as to include in the swamp/hillbilly area of our city. It would have been nice had these sets been branded as "Sheriff" apposed to the standard police branding.

LEBQ MINI-FIGS

Found these at a local store and ended up paying a bit of premium (ZAR 35.00 each) and wouldn't have minded the price if the quality had been there...

Batman isnt too bad, the plastic on all of them is poor though. The Iorn Man bodies don't clutch very well to the legs and will require glue...

Add to the frustration that the one iron man came with two of the same arms!

LEGO® CITY#60084 - RACING BIKE TRANSPORTER

178 pieces with 2 mini-figs - we like the fact that a cap and helmet has been included for each figure. The set takes advantage of the new bike design, making for a great looking racer. Model has some interesting details with unique use of pieces. Overall we are happy with the set, we will however be looking at a few modifications, one being to widen the trailer so as to load both bikes.

LEGO® SPEED CHAMPIONS # 75909 - MCLAREN P1

The second of our Speed Champions sets; simple, enjoyable build from 168 pieces that produces a recognisable model of the real world supercar. 18 stickers to apply with only the windshield as a printed piece.

LEGO® CREATOR #31026 - BIKE SHOP & CAFE

Creator sets always make for great fun builds, and this is no exception with two alternative builds - auto repair shop & flower shop.

1023 pieces with standard mini-figs.
